Overview
Nymlets: Hold the Dusk is designed to work locally on your device. When iCloud is available, the app uses Apple's private iCloud key-value storage to keep game progress synchronized across devices signed into the same Apple Account.
Data we collect
Outside the Apple services you choose to use, Nymlets: Hold the Dusk does not send personal information, gameplay data, identifiers, diagnostics, location, contacts, or advertising data to Praying Mentis Games LLC or to a developer-operated server. The app has no developer-operated account, advertising, third-party analytics, custom server, or third-party tracking SDK.
Data storage and synchronization
The app saves game progress, solved-board history, personal-best scores, play statistics, the current board, and tutorial and mode preferences in the app's private storage on your device. When iCloud is available, the app also stores a small copy of this progress in your private Apple iCloud key-value store so it can synchronize across your devices. Apple handles that service under your Apple Account and its terms. Praying Mentis Games LLC cannot view or retrieve this data through a developer-operated service.
Gameplay remains available when offline or when iCloud is unavailable. Removing the app removes its local copy according to iOS behavior, but synchronized progress may remain in your iCloud account and may be restored after reinstalling the app.
Children
The app does not ask users for names, dates of birth, contact details, or other personal information. Praying Mentis Games LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Beta testing and support
If you install a beta through Apple's TestFlight, Apple handles distribution and may provide limited tester and build information, such as installation status, device and operating system details, sessions, crashes, and feedback, depending on how you joined and what you choose to submit. This is processed through Apple's service, not an analytics SDK in Nymlets. See Apple's TestFlight tester information and Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you choose to email support or submit feedback, we receive the information you send and use it to respond and investigate the issue. Avoid including sensitive information in screenshots or support messages.
Changes
If a future version adds a service that changes these practices, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that version is released.
