Start and finish a practice
Choose Sound Goblin Mode, start listening, and notice three sounds. Or choose Breathing Blob and follow the inhale, hold, exhale, and rest cues. Use Clock out for today to finish deliberately. Completion is acknowledged after it is saved.
Why is today closed?
Finishing either game closes one daily session. The next local date opens a new session. A different local date while travelling follows that date’s history; returning to a date already completed keeps it closed. Changing the display calendar does not create another session.
If saving fails
Stay on the completed game and choose Retry saving. You do not need to repeat the practice. The original Finish date is retained even if the retry succeeds after midnight. Closing the app before a successful save loses the unsaved effort. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot a storage error; this removes local history.
Interrupted breathing and accessibility
If the app becomes inactive during a breath, start again when ready. Unattended time does not advance the practice. Written phase cues and progress accompany the visual guide. Use your iPhone’s Larger Text and Reduce Motion settings as needed.
Sound and privacy
The Sound control turns optional cues on or off. Silent Mode and your audio route can affect playback. No microphone recording is involved. Privacy & help is available from the information button, including when the daily session is closed or history could not load.
Remove local history
In Privacy & help, choose Delete practice history and confirm. Cancel keeps it. This clears completion records for this installation, opens the current session, and leaves sound preference unchanged. Older device-backup copies are outside this control.

Email admin@prayingmentis.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version/build, chosen practice, exact steps, and whether the error happened while loading or saving. Include a screenshot only if it is useful and contains no sensitive content. For daily-limit issues, include timezone and display-calendar settings. Never send passwords, payment details, or personal reflections.
